• If someone stares pointedly at your MINI...score 1 point.

• If it's someone 'cool' (eg a teenager or someone driving some other 'hot' car)... 1 bonus point.

• If they actually point at your MINI...2 more points.

• If it's sitting in the car park and someone walks all the way around it staring...5 points per lap.

• If they hug your MINI...10 points.

• If they kiss it...YUK! Take it to the carwash IMMEDIATELY - your MINI scores NOTHING!

• It they take photos...10 points each (Video footage counts 1 point per second).

• It they ask you about about your MINI...5 points.

• If they ask how many horsepower it has...5 points - unless Daddy exaggerates - then it doesn't count.

  If they ask if it's Turbocharged and Daddy says "No..." (pause for 2 seconds) "It's SUPERCHARGED!!!"...10 points However, there is a 5 point deduction if they are stupid enough to stand there while Daddy explains the difference.

• If they insist on seeing under the bonnet ...20 points - unless they laugh at the headlight thing - then back to just 5 points.

• If they are NOT suprised that you call it "The Bonnet" instead of "The Hood"...3 bonus points.

• If they pull up alonside you in traffic, roll down the window of their insanely huge SUV and tap on your MINI's roof to get your attention - then keep you talking through more than one traffic light cycle while everyone behind is honking...50 points.

• More than 5 serious bikers in a bunch pull alongside and give you thumb-up signs...20 points.

• If they ask to drive it around the block...No, no - that's too horrible to contemplate. Go home immediately and lie down in a darkened room - play soothing music until the terror subsides. You'll have nightmares for weeks.
